I recently moved and was shopping for some quotes. Ben was the first one that actually came out to my house and gave me a quote from what he seen with his own eyes. Most of the others tried doing it over the phone. On the day of the move they arrived with two vans and 4 guys. They were all polite and pleasant and went out of their way to make sure everything went in the correct rooms in the new house. Nothing was to much for them and I would certainly recommend them, and I would use them again.

Great removal firm. I moved from littlehampton to Sunderland. They were polite and hard working and took all the stress out of moving. It was a long move couldn't fault them all at a great price too. I would definitely recommend them.

I do not recommend Good Moves, for anything, let alone moving, not due to damage caused during delivery, as accidents can always happen. Instead, the refusal to even acknowledge the damage to a futon bed frame may have occurred and blamed the customer by default. I was more troubled by their manner of communication, where the possibility was dismissed, without any discussion or response to email. There was no interest in customer care, responsiveness, or openness to any possible mistake let alone feedback. There was not one attempt made to engage and resolve this, as that is all that was asked for; the company is just not interested in listening or learning, and that says a lot about professionalism and honesty.

I have used Goodmoves twice in the last 2 years and will not hesitate to use them again. Ben and his team Dan and Alan are very friendly and very professional in the way they handled my items even through some challenging doorways. Ben was always on hand prior to the move answering any questions I had when I called him. If I move again I will definitely be using this company highly recommended.
