I was privileged to have some coaching sessions with Jeanette before and just after retiring. She helped me think through some key things I want to achieve and asked great questions about things I hadnt thought of. Loved her gentle approach and godly wisdom. I attended one of Jeanettes 3-session online group courses. Jeanette was very helpful in guiding us through contemplating the motivations behind certain thought patterns and behaviours and gently challenging us to apply them to our day-to-day lives. Would recommend!

I went to see Jeannette as I have not been very successful in losing weight over the years. I have lost some before and knew how good I felt and how much my mind set helped. I wanted to know if and how I could get that back. I had a one-to-one session with her and found this very helpful indeed. Jeannette guided me through reflecting on my past and helped empower me to take control of my eating patterns. It has been 10 weeks now and with her support I have lost over a stone and I remain motivated to carry on. I would recommend consulting her if you have any challenges you need to face. I can assure you, you will be in very good hands.
