Dust Away Professional Cleaning Services

Two ladies turned up on time and got to work straightaway. However I was very disappointed in the end result. I found dirt and a couple of balls under cupboards in the conservatory. I pointed out to the cleaner it had not been swept under there and she did it, but the second identical one she didnt bother with. They didnt move the rugs and on querying it, she advised they only lift the bits they can get to. The kitchen had many missed areas including the underneath of the cupboards. Areas in the lounge missed, under a cabinet where there was still a dried leaf at the back. Lots of marks on doors and door handles. I could go on. None of the furniture was dusted or cleaned down the sides. I did ask her why and she quickly wiped over the conservatory sofa and chair. I wanted the deep clean as I had recent building work done and there was a certain amount of brick dust still around. That was still evident in between the cushions on the sofa . I dont expect absolute perfection but for a deep clean I did assume they would be thorough and not just clean the bits that were visible. Ive used other companies in the past and they were far superior to this one. I emailed the owner stating my concerns but have never had a reply. This was two weeks ago now. I certainly wouldnt recommend them for deep cleaning. Service: Deep clean

Following a major kitchen refurb, I needed a deep clean downstairs as building dust was everywhere! Vicky made a comprehensive list of everything that needed to be done when she visited. So yesterday, Vicky and Katie cleaned, hoovered, polished and dusted every inch of each room, including the curtains and wooden blinds. I was concerned that my wooden floors would never be the same again but they look like new. Thank you so much for your hard work and making my house sparkle.
