If I was able to select no stars that would of been my option having a relative stay in this home of horrors, all I could honestly say is if you do not care how a relative is cared for this is your 5 star option .

My family member has recently moved here and I am so happy with the care he is receiving. He has settled in quickly, all the staff are kind and friendly. They take time to talk with him and explain things. Thank you Sue and your team, great work.

I would give no star for this place it should be knock down it a old building and cold inside. The staff are over work and mistake has already been made already not following up on my mother medication when she had the doctor and paramedic out My mother is left in the chair 24 hours a days with no blanket around my mother who have dementia .she get no Exercise. These people's are left in there chair with no Activity throughout the days. Only activity they get is having there cigarette outside. After Witness anothers resident's shouting and swearing at another resident right by my elderly dementia mother I was scared and scared for my mother safely the staff say it happen all the time not a nice places to be in and not safe place for a elderly dementia person it to noisy for a dementia person. Think twice about leaving your love one in this places Unfortunately it won't let me to post this without put a star on this so I have to put one star .to post this but I 100% give this places no stars
