Have used services for 7 months now, good overall organisation, they do get things wrong sometimes but they do always correct these quickly. Thank you to young Chris for going the extra mile regarding air bed.

Not happy with customer service,after I finally got through after 2 hours I was given a date for collection of equipment and time slot 8,45-10,45 after waiting until 2,30! I gave up , only to be informed I had missed collection at 3.31pm,,,,,,,, I was promised a call beforehand so I could be at property this didn't happen, now I have the frustrating task of another 2 hour wait on phone to start again just a text to give a new delivery time would have helped

Very poor service don't show up when they say they will don't get back to you actually I think they are not longer fit for purpose
