Bought a car through cinch and had warranty repairs done through Vauxhall. I do question a lot of work. Done on it some Im satisfied with some Im not sure about. Had a squeaky noise from the engine had water pump, tentioner pulley and drive belt replaced as well as alternator. Took to local garage and was told it was the crankshaft oil seal and had it done at local garage and the noise went After the alternator replaced had a battery warning light come up took it back after two weeks and was told to replace the battery, after 125 for a new battery took it to another garage for a second opinion turns out it the alternator. Now have to wait another two weeks to get booked in. They seem to put other jobs first. Dispite their mistake. No apology just said they order a replacement part. Slow service been in multiple times and dont get car back till 5-6 at evening. Better off going to a local garage who can diagnose the problem first time not just guess

Not a very good customer experience. Drove all the way to Littlehampton to view a car, only to find, when looking around it, that it wouldn't start. Battery charge pack used - still wouldn't start. Then told car no longer for sale as it hadn't gone through the quality checks yet still listed for sale on website. Despite being told the budget, then offered another car with twice the mileage and more expensive. Unfortunately a guaranteed sale lost as we no longer have confidence in this dealership or brand.

Nothing but 5 stars for the fantastic service provided by Yeomans Littlehampton. From arranging a viewing to collecting my new car within a week, the team at Yeomans pulled out all the stops to ensure my car was ready on time. They kept in contact, were open and honest and followed through on everything they promised. I dealt with Nathan from start to finish he listened to what I was after explained the process and was a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate in recommending Yoemans, great work!
