Purchased a ULEZ friendly vehicle after seeing the listing online. The sales process was quick and painless and the vehicle was extremely well presented. Had a lot of preventative maintenance performed before I picked it up as its a 10 year old car, and the very minor issues picked up during the warranty period were sorted quickly, without fuss, and the guys even sorted an additional cosmetic niggle that came up after the initial warranty had run out at no cost to myself. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and despite me living a distance away from the dealership I will be returning for the annual service and MOT. Given my experience so far I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Cuffs!

Good guys who pass on price reductions for their fuel onto the customers. Usually the first to do so. Nearly always the cheapest locally for both petrol and diesel. They deserve their loyal customers.

Headline? A trustworthy and understanding garage...one deserving of your business. I was recommended to travel 40 minutes to this garage by an independent garage who couldn't fix a rather complex problem, as opposed to more local Ford Dealerships. That was good enough for me and I made the journey. What followed was a rather (hopefully) unique and involved issue, which proceeded to play out over a rather long period of time. None of the issue was due in any way to Cuff Miller, who were hampered by Ford head office in their inflexibility and inability to understand their failings in both parts and also customer service. Throughout the issue, Cuff Miller were constantly going the extra mile in how they handled the issue, they were understanding of the impact on our family being restricted in our mobility by having the car out of action and always took the time to communicate the progress, or lack of it, and the next steps and options we had. Our faith in Ford as a brand has taken a very large hit, but if we continue in the future, there is no doubt as to the garage we will use. Reputation takes a long time to build and can easily be tarnished or tainted. In this case, I would recommend this garage even if you're within a couple of hours...the peace of mind is honestly that important. Huge thanks in particular to Adam Hepworth for all the help and assistance, but from what I saw he's typical of the dealership and not an outlier.
