Great little gem of a bike shop. I went in with a rear hub that was stuck to the wheel. Nothing could be done to get it off despite their and my efforts. After a discussion I leave with a new rear wheel, ordered in the next day, fitted with a Shimano hub. Shop local and keep these shops with all of their experience in business. YouTube and online deals are only so good.

I have just had substantial work carried out to my Sparta e-bike by the Dutch Bike shop. I had previously had difficulty finding anyone in the UK to do the work. Their initial advice was invaluable in helping me get a new battery and the charge for the amount of work was more than reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Dutch Bike shop to anyone requiring servicing or repairs to their bike.

Brought my Gazelle CityGo C3 from 2018 (bought new from "Future Cycles" in Leicester) from Bournemouth to Littlehampton for: - A rear light defect (probably caused by the rear mud guard vibrating against rear panned rack. - Handlebar creaks. - Left pedal periodic clunks. Made an appointment about 4 weeks in advance, brought in the patient at first light. All issues were sorted in about 3 hours, plus break cables replaced and oiled up. I can say that the bike is running smoother and breaks better than when it was new, well worth the 99 plus 22 hours on the train. I will definitely go back for biannual checkups (as recommended by Gazelle), dank je wel! :)
