This used to be a really good branch, customer service made you want to stay with Lloyds. Went in there today for the first time in years. The only staff member in the building was rude, and to call it a branch is ridicules, it's lobby with a bunch of cash machines, and we call ourselves a first world country.

Staff are friendly but this branch is absolutely pointless. It only has a paying in machine which could be done from the ATM outside if they upgraded it. Otherwise they cannot process any other usual transactions so might as well just close it.
