Weve had the pleasure of working with Sonnet for the last 18 months. In this time Sonnet have gone above and beyond our expectations with the number of appointments and leads they have generated for our 4 regional Sales Managers. Sonnet have worked closely with them to monitor their diary movements to maximise the teams time out of office. We have seen a 35% increases in lead generation since starting working with Sonnet. Why one star they deserve negative rankings. I appointed Sonnet Marketing to do the telemarketing for our firm of accountants(Fortuous) back in August 2016. I was assured by their representative named Sadie King, they will do the best to bring in at least 4-5 high quality leads of every 100 hrs. They had experience is dealing with accountants etc etc. We spend thousand of pounds and 300 hours on telemarketing and the result we generated was one very small client. The job was disaster and and we lost lots of money. This review is for others , before they waste money with this firm. The communication was awful, they never provided us with the reports as when and where the hours were spent etc. I had a account manager who most of the time working from home and they never for once thought that we must send apologies to the client as we had wasted their time and money. Please do no buy anything from Sonnet. Sadie is persuasive when the project starts and she completely disappears afterwards.
