It is in a really good location, outside but close to Bideford, access to the Tara Trail etc. Comfortable, small but big enough for 2 adults (there are additional beds for (I suggest) small kids (not tots)) It came very well equipped. Great log burner heats the whole place, supplemented by electric rads. Walking along the road fronting this cottage is hairy!! Not much traffic,but it's very fast and there is no path...so take a hi-vis tabard!! Lovely garden and large number of songbirds (who expect to be fed) Avery nice base for a lovely week in North Devon
