Buying a new/used car can be a daunting task due to the plethora of options available - however from my 1st visit at the Skoda Dartford dealership the experience I had was outstanding. The information provided and guidance offered was tailored specific to my needs, helping me to make an informed choice. Away from the dealership I wasnt bombarded with numerous unwanted follow up calls, yet kept in touch on a consistent as well as infrequent basis. The whole team was very personable as well as knowledgeable - Claire, James, Terry & Janette - with special mention going to Claire B for providing excellent customer service at every stage of my car buying journey! I visited Marshall Skoda Dartford to buy a car I'd seen on autotrader. I met with James who was really pleasant, helpful and knew his stuff. He arranged a test drive, gave us a great intro to the car and gave us plenty of time to take a look at the car and make our decision. He explained all the options around finance to purchase and various additional insurance options. The whole process was very straightforward from when we decided to buy until collecting the car. Were really enjoying our new wheels, thanks James!
