    Was waiting nearly an hour to speak to someone. There were customers in the queue after us who were served before us by the advisors! The lady at the reception did apologize and we did try to keep calm but none of the sales advisors seem much bothered. Could feel they don't want to serve us for strange reason! When seen by an advisor eventually for an used car he seemed rushing and when I requested, could you explain to me the features of the newest model of the car we are planning to buy or show me a new car of the same used model he rushed to see a customer outside the door. All the time I was talking to this advisor I could feel his eyes were outside the door looking for someone. All of a sudden he left us for a few minutes to attend another customer and returned after a while with no apologies! I felt really unwelcome. There was waiting time again to speak to someone regarding the new car discussion. We had no choice but to leave the place and headed straight to the nearest Hyundai showroom where we felt really welcome. Yes, I ordered a brand new SUV from Hyundai on the same day which cost me more than double than my initial budget. Horrible experience at Mercedes Dartford! Shambles!

    I had my C class annual service at this dealership in Dartford. Only to drive away and find a fault develop with the check engine light coming on. I took it back to the dealership the following day only to find the staff to be very rude and not concerned. This was a result of them fitting the spark plugs into a dirty socket which caused an issue. Very disappointed in the dealership's customer service and quality of service. I will not be using them next year. I didn't even get a phone call from the manager to apologize.
