This place is excellent. Located on the High Street near a convenience store & Post Office. There is also a very nice pub, just a couple of minutes walk away and a large car park at the rear of the property. My host, Gerard, showed me around the very clean and well maintained accommodation and provided me with a key to my room and a key to the external door, so I could come and go as I pleased. My room was quite large with a double bed, nice wooden furniture and tea/coffee, bottled water, wifi, TV etc. The bathroom was also quite large. It had a bath with overhead shower and toiletries provided, including cotton wool balls and cotton buds. It's all about attention to detail. I had breakfast in a lovely country style dining room. Juice, cereal and yogurts were served alongside HOMEMADE Fruit Salad, Jam & Marmalade. All of which were delicious. Coffee and toast was served while I pondered my choice of cooked breakfast. These included, Full English and Kippers. I had scrambled egg on toast with tomatoes and a couple of rashers if thick cut smoked bacon. All cooked very well. With all that considered, this is good value for money and a very nice place to stay.
