Customer service atrocious. Told prescription was ready, on arrival told to come back later .when returned later was told the much needed medication was not even there ! This has happened on several occasions ,we will not be using Lloyds hare hill road again !

Have a perscription for days go to collect either not ready or claim they don't have it, always waiting forever even when quiet ,

Like a lot of others have had a few issues with this chemist but today was service par excellence. Phoned about a prescription for my wife and was told it was ready so went to pick up -now I had put in for a prescription for myself a few days earlier so didn't think it would be available. But without asking she asked if I was Mike Heeley and handed me my prescription. Very well done

The service here is extremely poor. It deserves minus stars. We have been over from ireland for two weeks helping to put in place many things for my brother who has a terminal illness. The processing time for scrips is disgraceful. He is paying for delivery but they only do it on certain days which means he can be without medication. To add insult to injury, we were told he must return the empty inhalers. (That won't happen). He is on his own and can't even manage to get outside. It is disgusting they even said that when they know his condition. So, again. The service is appealing. All the adverts on TV make a mockery of this establishment. It is small. It looks extremely run down outside and it should be closed down. I am going to contact the Lloyd's head office with a more comprehensive letter, with photos and many other people's complaints.
