I bought a caravan last month and I cannot thank Richard enough. We are complete novices to caravaning and Richard went over and above when showing us how to operate everything inside and outside the caravan. He even helped us fit the tow bar and towing mirrors and is on the end of the phone when we had any queries..and there have been many! I do not hesitate to recommend this dealer
