You need to be aware that this shop does not conform to its OPENING and CLOSING times - the answer phone tells you they are busy however they are closed , Although the sign on the door tells you they are open !! This is very annoying when you make a special journey to visit.

Normally I have a very good and pleasant experience in which they do everything to help. However today was very different as I went with my wife and had a very cold reception from the manager. You could cut the tension with a knife. Just one example of this is that they have always allowed myself to buy single balloons in which they did not allow stating this is for their projects only. Disappointed and feel that this was very much racially led. Edit- response - to clarify the atmosphere was to a point that even the other worker looked uncomfortable with your responses to us. I asked about a garland which is okay to enquire as a customer in which my wife stated it was to late which we agreed and did not pursue it. My wife carried on looking for what she needed. We were talking about balloons which we only wanted to purchase x4 individual balloons in pink or white , but every time we said anything, youd shut us down straight away in a rude manner. I have been to your shop several times on my own and you have always been polite, you have sold me individual balloons etc and have always been attentive. So you can understand my frustration and assumption that the one time and first time I bring my wife, your approach was very dismissive. As a service provider I understand that you can be stressed within your business , but we did not deserve that treatment. I sensed all these feelings, my wife told me to ignore it , but its something that needs to be addressed so you dont make that mistake with other customers. Because the welcome and approach you get as a customer, is what makes a shopping experience. Disappointed really because I come here all the time. The way you responded to questions was very abrupt and short whereas your employee was very polite in which she genuinely was trying to help. We get you might have been having a bad day and rushed off your feet but that genuinely came across in a negative manner as though it was towards us. Anyway thank you for your service.
