A pet is a non human companion of which a human shares a family-like or friend-like bond with. Here we have an example of an astablishment that obviously doesn't stick to their word. This is discrimination against hermit crabs, of all animals.
yes this is serious before anyone asks, I haven't actually stayed here. However I contacted a member of staff here and mentioned I have a pair of hermit crabs that would be staying with me for a night.
Aforementioned travel tank and heat mat would of been provided by me. They even said yes to the heat mat. Instead of politely telling me I'll have to find somewhere else to stay they just said "End of conversion"
I genuinely feel like I'm not being taken seriously and I don't know about my Hermies, but I for one feel left out and appalled.
