    Terrible experience. Mainly customer service and very bad communication. They dont have a phone line and the online chat will drive you mad as they make you wait hours for a reply. That reply probably will be of no benefit anyway. Expect to wait months for your item and they wont provide you with a specific delivery date - they call it an estimate and Ive now realised why - so that they can take as long as they want. I still havent received my item and Im not satisfied with the service its extremely poor I would seriously advise purchasing from alternative retailers with better reviews.

    Dreadful service. We paid in cash for our 2000+ garden furniture set, with a scheduled delivery in September. Then they went and sold the item we had bought to someone else. And guess what - they have no phone line - everything is done on webchat and they're never available to do anything but sell more false promises to customers. Disgusting service - pay a bit more, use a proper company.

    Horrendous experience. Had nothing but hell with luxury rattan . They shouldnt have the word luxury in their company name as the service is far from it! Should be called rubbish rattan because my experience has been absolutely rubbish. They will leave you in the dark about receiving your item despite me paying over 1200 Im still waiting and dont have a clue when my item will arrive. They keep telling me they dont know even tho its weeks passed the original estimate of delivery date. Still wont give me a specific date so definitely a frustratingly low level of service. Never experienced service this bad before.

    updates at the bottom So many issues with this purchase its absolutely shocking. Here we go, so the legs on the table are uneven thus causing the table to be wobbly, it was lifted and moved around by both the delivery men and myself to see if it was the angle etc but it still showed an uneven leg. As a temporary fix I have had to wedge something underneath the short leg to make the table stable. The corner section of the main sofa is faulty and there is a huge gap, thus not connecting to the main seat. The delivery men have suggested leaving it in place until a replacement can be sent. Also when fitted together the weave on the corner section connecting the two adjoining sofas does not match up, it looks like three separate sets of furniture. Also just add to the complaint, the fire pit stones are glass circular beads not wood effect as pictured in the item I ordered, there are also scratches to the metal fire pit. Also there is no seal on the lid to the fire pit so water will get inside if there is rain this causing rust and clean out every time prior to use (I appreciate I purchased a cover but surely there should be a seal). The delivery men also found issues with the glass surround to the fire pit, no clips were in the packaging thus installation could not be completed as there is a safety issue. So full installation of the purchase has not been completed and I paid a premium. There is also an odd cushion, was sent a square cushion when there should be 6 rectangular sized cushions thus it look out of line and there is a gap in the cushions as well as the sofa. It would have been nice to have some instructions on use of fire pit and care of furniture etc. However saying that the delivery men Harsh & Gurpreet were great, I can not fault them in any way, I actually felt sorry for them as there are so many problems with the order is ridiculous Update 17/8/22 - Ive been in contact with Hannah from Luxury Rattan via phone calls, she was very apologetic and most helpful. Also Holly has been emailing to try and arrange replacements, missing parts etc. I spoke with Hannah again and explained had lost faith in the set I had originally purchased (which is now out of stock). I am booked in for collection of faulty set and delivery of alternative replacement set on 30/08/22. The staff I have dealt with have been so helpful and very understanding. As a gesture of goodwill I am receiving an upgraded Luxury Rattan set at the purchase price I paid and again if there are any issues with the new set I can return etc. I have changed my star rating because of the speedy response and the way Hannah has dealt with things. Things happen and I was just unfortunate to receive a faulty set, it happens and hopefully all will be resolved when the new set arrives. Just want to say thanks again Hannah & Holly and I will update accordingly Update 30/8/22 - As promised upgraded replacement set delivered, unpacked, assembled and old one taken away today. Jed and Akeel were great, waterproof covers were missing from packaging but Jed assured me Holly is sending them via Royal Mail. Also upon future inspection there are no handles to the lid of the fire pit & no base to the table for the gas cylinder to sit into, apparently this set does not come with a base, thus cylinder sits on the floor !!! Communication could be improved between departments within this company as I was emailed Friday stating replacement furniture out of stock yet today its here. I appreciate the company is short staffed but keeping your customers informed correctly is key to good customer service. Actually got instructions with this set which is helpful, now just need the covers to protect it. Pleased it was resolved promptly thanks to Hannah & Holly x

    ITS A SCAM COMPANY - THEY ARE WITHHOLDING MY MONEY. I ordered Rattan furniture to be delivered on a particular date and they tried to deliver it at 10pm at night in a quiet residential area. The furniture also would involve a gas fire and I did not think it was safe to set up and demonstrate this in the dark, at night. I therefore refused delivery. The next day they called me to say that they couldnt deliver the furniture for another 10 days which was ridiculous. I cancelled my order and requested a full refund. It has been over a month and I have still not received my refund. Ive written to them 6 times and each time they tell me it is in process. Ive had to raise this with my credit card company and might also now need to seek a small claims case to get my money back (and the interest!).

I still havent received my item and Im not satisfied with the service its extremely poor I would seriously advise purchasing from alternative retailers with better reviews.

So many issues with this purchase its absolutely shocking.
Here we go, so the legs on the table are uneven thus causing the table to be wobbly, it was lifted and moved around by both the delivery men and myself to see if it was the angle etc but it still showed an uneven leg.
