I've used SGS a number of times and the service in-person is always superb. I recently made an order through eBay as I needed delivery, and unfortunately the wrong item was sent out. However, within 24 hours a replacement was at my door. This is top quality customer service and a massive thankyou to Danielle who sorted it all out for me!

Used to be awesome - and the quality is great. Now seem to have a new member of staff that is simply unable to answer simple questions like "When are you open again" and "Is there a cutting charge?". Was told my question was "Pointless" as I should just buy multiple pre-cut sheets. Even THAT took THREE attempts to get "D" to answer. A real pity as they used to not only have excellent service and quality but used to be able to answer two questions all at once without being told my questions were pointless. With great regret I took my (admittedly tiny order this time) and went elsewhere after they happily advised me "first two cuts free, and same day dispatch". Really hope there is a spot of "on the job" training as it always galls me to see great businesses get wrecked by office staff.
