Brilliant beauty salon, couldn't have been made more welcome. Jakki & Demi are very professional and nothing is too much trouble. Both very encouraging as my nails weren't in the best condition, they are now . Also had lash lift and tint , great results. Highly recommended

Had a terrible customer service experience. Had a gift voucher to use and left two voicemails to arrange an appointment but no response. Tried website and it didnt work. I resorted to messenger via Facebook to try and contact. The response I received didnt even apologise for the difficulties Id experienced, rather suggested I was just clearly stupid because they have Instagram, a website (which as I said didnt work) and a landline (which is not advertised on either the leaflet that came with my gift voucher or the actual gift voucher itself!) The message I was sent had 3 question marks at the end of it, just to emphasise my stupidity!??? I was horrified by this! Absolutely terrible customer service! I asked for a refund of my gift voucher, was told to go to the shop between 11-11.10am, only to get there and they didnt have any cash to refund me! Horrendous experience from start to finish, for what was supposed to be a treat, given to me by my daughter! Would definitely not recommend! Only gave one star because you have no choice! Horrendous!

Lovely staff, very welcoming and accommodating- sometimes even a last minute change!! Always a great service and relaxed. Definitely will be there again next month!! Thanks again for everything
