Absolutely fantastic experience. Good size pitch, very private surrounded by long grass, and a decent distance between campers. Toilets are clean, and toilet paper is provided (although I recommend you bring your own). There is a 2.2m (approx.) height restriction entering the site, so bare that in mind. The local pub is great, and has some quality food with a good selection of drinks. My only concern with this site is the honesty box provided for firewood and fire pit - I did see people take advantage and take wood without paying which left a shortage of fire wood for the people that are genuinely paying for it. Overall I would stay again as it's a beautiful site, however I would definitely pay for multiple bags of firewood at once rather than be left short again.

With the site name in mind, the overall experience is very good. There is no access to hot water or electric. If the site becomes popular, the 2 toilets may need expanding plus the electrics hooking up for some hot water. The layout of the site is excellent. Upon arrival, there was no check-in. Just turn up and pick an empty pitch. The pitch sizes could easily accommodate 2 large tents. An example could be if the kids wanted a separate tent to the adults. At no point did this site feel over crowded. With that said, the site never reached its full capacity during our stay. The toilet block remained clean and well stocked. While not a complaint, the downside to the toilet block, is the battery powered lights only stay on for approximately 20 seconds at a time. While soap is provided for hand washing, there is no dryer (no electric) or hand towels. Just remember to take your own towel. Firepits are currently 5 per night, although looking round the pitches, each pitch already has a firepit in place. The logs are 5 per bag and should last 2 - 3 hours. Maybe more if you keep the flames and heat low. I would suggest bringing whatever you normally use to start fires with you. The logs are nice and dry, yet the kindling can be hit and miss between bags. During our stay there was always bags of fire wood available to purchase (cash only). There is very little light pollution meaning the stars look amazing on a clear night. I'd say there must be an RAF base nearby as on 1 night, 2 helicopters appeared to be playing war games over the campsite. This only lasted for an hour or so, and only for 1 night during our stay. It was brilliant to see and hear, leaving a memory which I'll never forget. Little Walsingham itself is only a 5 to 10 minute walk away with a good pub (The Bull). Nortons cafe does a good breakfast (9:30am - 11am) and lunch menu (11am - 3:30pm). Takeaway pizzas are also available until 10pm. There is also a small train ride available daily to take you into Wells. Around 30 for a return journey lasting 30 minutes across some beautiful countryside. It would appear to be a newly setup site (last year or 2). I do hope this campsite continues so I can come back with the family again. Making more memories for years to come :)
