Awesome roast beef dinner and apple strudel. Little touches such as pigs in blankets, horseradish sauce, extra gravy and cream for the apple pie made it. Worth waiting a bit longer for freshly baked apple strudel. Was all piping hot when it arrived. Very happy.

Ordered 2 pizzas and onion rings, arrived lukewarm and after 1 hour 50 minutes when maximum delivery time was meant to be an hour! Had no delivery updates so called the number and was coldly told itd be another 10 minutes, turning up 25 mins later. Delivery man (believed to be the owner) was rude, ringing my partner going are you actually going to answer the door and when he did, was greeted with a finally. Will not be ordering from here, food not worth the terrible rude service! How this business is still going is a mystery, evident from the mass of terrible reviews!

I expected to wait up to an hour for food, it was bang on an hour. When it came it was not what I'd call a good roast and not value for money. 3 meals at 14.50 each, not fresh veg, clearly frozen. I don't rate wetherspoons food but their food is better than what arrived at my door today. Would never use again. The driver was the best part of the experience sadly

Dont order if your further than 3m from the store, i ordered on uber eats and payed a 4 delivery fee, the pizza was late by over half an hour. This in its self was okay as it was an order from far away. I was phoned back by the owner who was exceptionally agressive and decided to play power games over wether the pizza would arive or not and when i asked if id get a refund he said youll have to talk to uber eats about that one I was understanding about the request not to order from my adress again (as was repeted to me many times in an angry tone). The driver himself was kind and even tried to refuse my tip. The man on the phone on the other hand decided to try and guilt me for simply ordering a pizza to my house FROM HIS BUSINESS when it was advertised on the app BY HIM that i could do so and began ranting about the workings of his establishment and how I was costing him money. Nice enough pizza but Horrible service, theres ways of saying things.

This was going to be a bad review, but I tasted the food and it changed my mind! So the reason I was unhappy was because it took 105 mins from the point of ordering till delivery. When I called the shop number I had no answer for about 10 mins, I then got a call back to say she wasn't at the shop but she would contact me back within 5/10 mins. About 10 mins later the food arrived and the young lad did apologize. Once I got the food in and opened it, all the food was hot and we'll presented apart from the fries, there was very little of them. This may just be there portion size. But once I started eating the food it tasted fresh and the salad was also fresh and not wilted. Overall 4 stars as I would use these guys again but would collect, Purely to save the long delivery time.
