I went there for the Canalway Cavalcade -a 3 days festival. It was overcrowded and the garden in itself is very small. Maybe try to go there during the weekdays ? It is also the place where you can take a waterbus to go to or from Camden. There are a couple of boats but some of them are more confortable than others. You can prebook in advance for the Waterbus London Cie. Others you have to go there and ask them directly. The average price is 15 one way. But you also have the possibility to rent a boat. You could also take your time and enjoy walking along the canals. That's actually what I should have done

Small public garden, on East side of Browning's Pool (aka Little Venice), with seasonal flowers, seats and toilets (locked at night).

A really beautiful and calming experience. The park , the gentle river and the pretty boats all make it a really peaceful place to spend an evening. A must visit spot!
