Sadly I am now no longer a customer. Excessive nail glue, skin cut of the tip of my finger and another finger bleeding after the glue was cut out. Asked to change technician.. lost my patience and told them to do whatever in regards to painting with the chosen colours. Still charged me full amount, I shall not be returning and nor will my daughters.

I had a very bad uncomfortable experience at this shop today 18/01 around 3pm , the staff were unprofessional at all there was a lady who started working on my nails then she suddenly left me and want to jump to another customer and when I asked why she said my colleague will finish the work , I said I really prefer a woman she started to behave very badly , aggressively and really unprofessionally. She used very dirty unsterilised equipments and tried doing her job swiftly and not accurately and using very impolite body language . I decided to terminate this and told her that Im totally unhappy with her work and asked to talk with the manager, she did not try to apologise or even forward the job to other person, she left me and went for another customer. There was a guy who took over but he was training I think because he didnt know what to do . Finally, another guy came and finish the job in so moderate level, but at least he was polite. I do not understand how those people are working selling rubbish customer service in very high prices. I am really sorry for myself that I put her on this bad situation today

ZERO STARS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOIDDDDDD!!! I went to replace 3 nails here, and the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The guy going my nails was throwing my hands around very aggressively and huffing and puffing the whole time, he was digging into my nail bed until I screamed.. multiple times btw!!! I told him to be careful and he still continued and said my nails are too short, now Ive been to other places and have never experienced this abuse before! Not only that, but he made my finger bleed from filing too aggressively!!! I am disgusted!!! And will NEVER return! Honestly the WORST experience in my life! I still feel a throbbing pain in my finger. They also didnt have the shade of colour to match my other nails, but this I can understand and let slide. Nonetheless that gentleman is not fit to work there as he also kept going on his phone every minute!! Which is unprofessional!! Hes rude and lazy. Avoid at all costs! But further avoid the guy with the tattoos, long dirty fingernails and a earring. I have a right to be taken care of and put trust in this organisation, and unfortunately, they let me down! Im never going back here again. This place has sickening customer service. P.S. the owner replying to comments/reviews proves how disgusting they really are! This place should be shut down! ASAP!
