        George saved the day when our boiler packed up after setting off 2 CO2 alarms late on a Friday afternoon. He was at the property by 8PM, and quickly established that the 12 year old boiler was beyond repair. On Saturday morning he ordered the new boiler and as soon as it arrived he had it fully installed and working on the same day. Even though the boiler had been boxed in behind kitchen cupboards, George arranged for a carpenter to dismatle and reassemble them. I will certainly be using him again.         George replaced our boiler in record time after we had issues with it. He showed up to inspect the issue on the same day and was on time. After explaining the issues, he replaced the boiler in 3 days which was great. He went above and beyond for us and made sure we were happy with everything. We found George to be very knowledgable, respectful and hardworking. George brought help with him - the guy was an electrician and he wired our new Nest up on the wall and fixed a light we had issues with whilst he was there. Thank you to both.

        We contacted George in an emergency on a Sunday evening when our old boiler suffered a major failure - within 45 minutes he was at our property, ensuring everything was safe. Within 48 hours, he fitted us a new combi boiler. His buying advice was excellent - we felt like he was acting in our best interest throughout. He was meticulous during the installation and took the time to explain the new boiler and thermostat to us. He was prompt, friendly and overall a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend him and look forward to seeing him again during its servicing. Services: Thermostat installation, Water heater installation, Heating system installation
