Very dissapointed with the lettings agency here. Nishaad Ali still hasn't taken our property off the market! Its been over 2.5 months since we asked him to remove it. Have written to him 3 times, and our property is still on there! WHY is our property still being advertised? Nishaad hasn't even bothered to get back to our emails about why its not removed yet. Just doesn't care

Steph has been managing my property for a while now. I am extremely fortunate to have her looking after my flat. She is very diligent, very clear and on top of all the needs of my tenants and the flat.

I recently rented my property in Little Venice through Chestertons Little Venice. I dealt with Nishaad who was brilliant and extremely professional. I was really pleased with the genuine desire to provide a quality level of service and the complete lack of pushiness. This professionalism continued post locking in the tenant with the various individuals processing different elements of the letting confirmation/documentation process.

Lucy Hayes has been a joy to work with and has delivered with utmost professionalism during tenant negotiation phase. Subsequently in the property management phase our experience has been equally positive. Chestertons back office systems have proven to work without hitch and I have full trust in the team to deliver professional, conscientious management of our investment. Here we've worked with Steph Langton who is a gem, follows through as agreed and communicates really well. Collectively the Lettings Team are clearly engaged and motivated which makes for a winning package. No big headaches from landlord perspective is blissful!
