Do NOT use them as an a gent. You will make 0 profit and they are terrible and never come come back to you. Horrendous people who lure you in. I have been tricked three times and I am out of pocket, but Im glad for marsh and parsons as they proposed on my behalf #thievingagents

I have just had an appalling experience with a sales agent from this office. When I expressed my opinion on some of the properties, I was advised that I would be better off looking for rentals. I was being pushed to offer at the asking price and the agent was clearly not willing to reach a middle ground between me and the seller. The whole experience was insulting to say the least.
