They are both incredibly efficient in dealing with problems when reported, and went above and beyond to help me find a new property that addressed my needs once my old lease was up - I'm so pleased to be working with them again. I would happily recommend them.

        We rented via Houghton Estates for 18 months and they were great. They don't have the world's best email etiquette, and I think this can be mistaken for rudeness, but actually if you have a question they'll always reply quickly, and if you have a problem they'll sort it without complaint. They were very fair about refunding our deposit in full.
