        Overpriced properties and pretending to be a top quality developer but really all homes are full of snagging issues and cheap material. Expensive service charge for useless management company.

        Ive been living here since May 2021. The complex has everything to be one of the best places to live in london. BUT the Barkley group who built and manager the properties is just the worst you can imagine! Weve been experiencing lack of hot water and heating in our apartment regularly since November 2021. They are never able to properly fix the problem and now they even claim its a isolate case been that many other apartments has the same issue. If youre considering moving/buying here: bare in mind you might face this kind problems and be shocked with how apathetic they will be towards this kind of issues! THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING/RENTING HERE!!!!
