I had a traditional hammam scrub earlier today. It was exactly the same as I had in Morroco and every bit as good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I will absolutely be going back.

The best Hamman bath ever. The staff were so attentive, explained everything that was going to happen and very friendly. The steam room was great and the scrubbing chamber clean. I highly recommend.

The worst spa experience of my entire life, couldnt wait to get out!! The place is so dirty, there are no words to describe it! Theres mould everywhere and the smell constantly turned my stomach. The steam room is dreadful, they constantly ask you to sit down in dirty places. I had to wait half an hour to get the worst massage possible. People kept opening the door while I was on the massage bed, never seen anything like it! The massage was extremely rough and unpleasant!! Its rather questionable whether the person was actually qualified to give a massage at all!? Dont waste your money here, the Ladies retreat at 118 is an absolute rip off and complete waste of time! May as well get a scrub, a face mask from a shop and a decent massage somewhere else.

Hi, this spa is AMAZING. The lovely women named Karima and Hakima (I hope Im spelling their names correctly), made me feel so comfortable it being my first time. I was so nervous as I was alone but they treated me so well and were so friendly. Please manager! Let these women know how grateful I am to be serviced by them and will be definitely be recommending this spa to family and friends!
