Paddington Green Health Centre

I am giving one star because unfortunately I can not give less than that. The clinic is absolutely outrageous! The staff at the reception are so rude and unprofessional. I had been ill for over a week and a half and went to collect a test to be done only for the clinic to call me back 4 days later when my results are meant to be out and apologise saying sorry you have been given the wrong test by the lady at the reception so I have to come and collect the right one and do another test and wait a further 5 days, when the illness I had needed a treatment ASAP! Then the lady at reception tried to say that I asked for that test when I did not ask for nothing! The Doctor tells the receptionists what test to give and I just go and collect it.When I raised this issue with the lady at the reception they all stood up raised their voice at me, being extra rude and shouting if you dont like this clinic then maybe go somewhere else. I dont know how this clinic is still operating and how such workers who are playing with peoples lives are still working there. This is the staff working on the afternoon shift at 2 pm. The 3 ladies.

Receptionists are always kind and listen to the patients. Doctors are really good, but the best are the nurses, they are very kind, professional and take care of the patients. Thank you!

If youre allocated this GP youre lucky because youre in the hands of safe and caring nurses and doctors. I cant explain how good their service has been and Im ever so grateful and thankful.

I love this GP a lot. Everyone is very professional, kind and caring. They do amazing work. The Tories need to stop stealing money from the NHS so GPs like this one can keep up their great standard of care.
