I'm generally happy to pay for a decent service and a job well done, but after bringing my suits for a dry clean over there I'm afraid to say I feel that I have been ripped off. I was charged 50 GBP for the dry cleaning of two standard suits (because they supposedly were designer suits), while the website advertises a price of 12.95 per 2-piece suit with no mention of a special "designer suit" price. I understand prices are going up these days, but I'm using dry cleaning services very regularly across London and this just feels very wrong. The staff were also totally unwilling to respond to my concerns and I'm afraid they have now lost my custom.

The woman at reception is SO rude. Told us to come back for our clothes on Thursday without specifying a time, we came back on Thursday afternoon and she had a go at us claiming shed said to come at 3pm (she had not, there were 2 of us there to hear it). We then came back after 3 and one of the items of clothing had been lost - instead of apologising for the inconvenience she just told us to come back at a later date. When the item was finally located she blamed us for it being lost because it was a womans shirt - then proceeding to tell us womens shirts cost extra surely it would have been her job to make this clear upon collection of the clothes? Mistakes happen and we wouldnt have minded but the attitude was all wrong. In other news the ironing was great but Im pretty sure this was outsourced so not sure who to give credit to. Shame about the service

Hussain was incredibly nice, helping to arrange a resoling of leather dress shoes as well as following up months later for a complimentary minor follow up fix.
