NIgel was an amazing driving instuctor, Calm collected and walked through everything and allowed me to pass with only 3 minors!! He's understanding when it comes to resheduling and planning quality lessons up to my test. Highly Reccomend!!!

Nigel is great, very calm and professional,I have never attempted learning to drive before because I was too scared! Nigel made me feel confident and gave clear and easy to understand instructions! I had to reschedule several times and he was very understanding and accommodating. Would definetly recommend his lessons plus very competitive fees!

***Reposting this review. This is an honest account of my very negative experience with this business and the owner had my previous review removed in bad faith.*** Nigel wasted lots of my time by constantly cancelling lessons on short notice (See attached screenshots). In early July I booked weekly lessons for 9am every Saturday morning and informed him of my driving test in December 2021 as my partner is expecting twins in Feb 2022 and I have a 2-hour commute to work. However, between early July to mid-September Ive managed to get only 4 lessons with him. He cancelled 5 or 6 - all on short notice - by texting an hour beforehand. He offered extra lessons to make up for lost time but these never happened. He rescheduled one lesson so he could spend the weekend with his partner and then cancelled the lesson. I tried to resolve this reasonably by explaining how difficult I was finding it learning in a such a disruptive stop-start way. Nigel apologised but the disruption continued. On the last Saturday morning he text an hour before asking to reschedule to Sunday morning, and we agreed. A couple of hours later he asked to move the lesson to Sunday afternoon, to which we agreed. Then on Saturday evening he tried to reschedule for midweek and when I told him I was unavailable he did not reply and simply did not show up to the lesson. I am now under major pressure to be prepared to drive when my children arrive in the new year. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and unreliable.
