        A group of us stopped for coffee and cake on a ride from Salisbury to Stockbridge. Rather than fight the crowds in Stockbridge High Street we decided to ride on to Turner & Thom and enjoy the tranquil beauty of this location. Greeted warmly and served expertly, we sat out on the outside patio in the sun. Views out into the woodland to one side and into the courtyard to the other. We could have sat inside at the long central table, temptingly amongst an array of carefully chosen items and bespoke products in the beautiful shop. It was a day off work but noticed that there was an office that could be hired for meetings,. We'd just missed a pizza night although plans to ride back with a bigger group for the next one!
