        Received a text on Friday to say that my 24 hour priority delivery would arrive by 3pm on Saturday. Never happened. They rarely answer the phone between 8 and 10. Poor doesnt even come close.

        Ridiculous opening and closing hours!!! People are working in the mornings how we supposed to collect our parcels??!! Do something with it!!

        So many texts in the past year from Royal Mail stating tracked parcel will be delivered today with a time slot yet never backed up with a delivery. If you have the 3 spare hours necessary to actually get through to them they never have knowledge of the item. Why doesnt anyone of them have an ounce of responsibility or pride in their job?! Worst Royal Mail unit by a mile.

        A signed for delivery should not be left on a doorstep. This was done today and a "proof of delivery" picture taken, but no-one was in. The item has now been stollen. Brilliant.
