Having been disappointed with our previous AC Company we tried Crystal Air for the first time this week. It is clear we made the right choice. The service Ian did on our AC was much more thorough than our previous company and cheaper too! He also fitted a new condensate pump as our old one had failed. Ive just built a music studio for my client, they wanted aircon so I contacted crystal air conditioning for a quotation, they provided a quote that the client was happy with and he booked them in, Graham and Ryan turned up this morning, I showed them around and where the units needed to go and left them to it, by lunchtime the rain was relentless but they both cracked on and got the install completed. Crystal Air Conditioning were recommended to me. I had various quotes and discussions with several companies and chose to go with Ian at Crystal. I cannot recommend them enough. The job was completed in an efficient and timely manner. The units look great. Im very pleased with the result and have beautifully cool rooms whenever I need them. Ian is very friendly and professional. His work is exemplary and I am incredibly pleased. I have since used his maintenance programme and had them serviced annually. I receive reminders and they are very accommodating about booking the service. Overall I give them 5stars and would encourage anyone to choose them. Services: Install AC, A/C system maintenance

Lets start with thanking Jodie, Ian and team. From initial enquiry the service has been exceptional, fast response, fast turn round to get survey, and quote. The quote was very good and very clear as to what was included and what was expected from us. Delivery was bit confusing, but that was outside of there control, as the parts came from different warehouses. Install date was very quick, even offered a sooner date when they had a cancellation. When they arrived the first bit of equipment to come into the house was a vacuum cleaner, so shows they care for customer properties. The guys all worked on getting the setup done quickly and cleanly, and if the rain hadn't been against us, would have been done really quick. Once all complete they did a walk round to check all was clean and tidy, any furniture moved was placed back. Now its installed, very happy we went with Crystal Air Conditioning, everything was so easy, no pain or stress. Just now need Summer to arrive and we can enjoy it. Service: Install AC
