        Absolutely delicious, succulent goose, intelligently prepared with giblets and fat trimmings each packed separately to speed up preparation. Certainly the best goose I can remember cooking for quite a few years.

        Fantastic chickens Ducks and Geese all run free so makes them taste even more succulent, never dry, and seems to cook a lot quicker as.well. We have bought every year, they always give herbs with the birds and instructions on how to cook them as well. Very happy and lovely staff too. Great Customer Service See you this Xmas Lucy & John

        Collected our order from Simon and his team. They work flat out in the months leading up to Christmas. By the time it gets to the 25th they must be exhausted. Looking forward to sampling the goose, pheasant and Guinea fowl. The duck "disappeared " at lunchtime today . Always top quality and delicious. Thanks again to Simon and the team. John
