I have a weekly 1:1 Pilates session with Lynette and am very pleased at how much my balance and strength have improved. She's very good at breaking the exercises down so that they are achievable, very positive and encouraging, very friendly, and provides a clean airy space to work in plus the equipment required for the class.

I have been doing 1:1 sessions with Lynette for both pregnancy Pilates and post-natal Pilates. I had never done Pilates prior to starting pregnancy Pilates and thoroughly enjoyed it, so once I had the all clear from my midwife/GP I started back doing post-natal Pilates. Lynette is always very supportive, tailoring the class to my needs/skill level and is very encouraging, motivating me to get the most out of each class. I feel Pilates helped me to feel strong ahead of labour (both mentally and physically) and post-natally feel it is helping me build up my strength again slowly and safely. Her conservatory is always spotlessly clean, and on occasions I have also had to bring my daughter along, Lynnette is very understanding and adapts the class. I feel Pilates is something I would like to continue throughout my lifetime, as I really enjoy it.

I attend Lynette online Pilates class. She makes it fun and interesting with a different routine every week. She takes care to observe the students carefully and asks them to make adjustments to ensure they get the best out of the exercise. Since I have been attending I've noticed that I'm much more flexible than I was when I started and I always really enjoy the good stretch at the end!

Lynette's classes at her home studio really offer a unique and comfortable environment that is not intimidating like many larger and more generic classes. Lynette is warm and welcoming and provides a personalised pilates experience. I love that the sessions can be easily adapted to my current needs and areas of concern and that I can change the level of difficulty each week to suit me.

I have been doing pregnancy Pilates with Lynette for the last few months now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The garden studio is relaxing and it's a nice environment/atmosphere with small class numbers. Lynette is very well informed and is flexible with her approach should some exercises need adapting to suit any movement issues/aches and pains. I am already looking forward to signing up to Lynette's postnatal Pilates class
