Sync Build

Had Sync Build in to fit a new bannister recently. The team were all very polite, hardworking and tidy. Any issues were dealt with quickly. Would highly recommend.

Similar to the review below actually. Communication was poor and we had to get someone else in to finish the job. Im actually still waiting on a reply as my drive way has been left in a state. I wouldnt recommend this company and again a shame as we tried our best to resolve what we could, but unfortunately most things fell short.

Not really sure what happened with the team on ours. Andrew started off really well but communication dropped off and we just did't seem to know what was going on. We were late with a payment (invoice landed just prior to the 4 day easter bank holiday which didn't help as the bank transfers needed a few extra working days). We apologised profusly and it was the only one that was late. The invoices were not coming alingned to the original schedule and it just became a bit chaotic. We couldn't always get hold of Andrew and decisions were made which impacted other elements like the kitchen design which had to be changed costing us more money. The under floor heating took months to get fixed as it never worked, we had to get another company in to fix it. Thankfully Andrew did cover the costs of it. The team overall were friendly, polite and hardworking but unfortunately we ended up having to come out of the contract and get someone else in to finish the work. We are now unable to get the building certificates from the builder who is refusing to supply them. We are not really sure how it got like this and had Andrew been willing to talk to us we could maybe have worked through what hadn't worked. We are still happy with the extension although some of the finer details lack a quality we were hoping for but so far it's still standing!

Sync converted our garage. They are an excellent team of tradesmen who are all polite, friendly and the kind of people you are comfortable to have in your home. Always communicated clearly and cleaned up after themselves. The finished room is exactly what we asked for and came in on budget!
