        Obviously I like the park estate as I own a house in it. Only around 200 homes so a nice size, good sized roads and parking options. Based in a nice area with the river stort behind and plenty of areas to go walking or playing with the children. The roads are still being finished with block paving which looks nice and we are still waiting on the kids playground to be built.

        The new estate is bright, unique and we'll positioned for access around the local area and selling fast. Amenities are a short way away, the houses are decent quality of build, and as with everything, you get what you pay for. Kerbs are standard height, with the exception of the unfinished roadways. Conventional home design from Kier confirms that they will have a good standard specification. Recommended to look for if you like the area.
