We had a fantastic time and it hugely surpassed our expectations. The classes were great fun and informative, the excursions interesting and beautiful, the location incredible and the food some of the best weve ever had. We enjoyed Oli and Flos company so much and we will definitely be recommending Cook Eat Discover to our friends and family.

Our trip was amazing! Everything surpassed all of our expectations! From the pick up at the train to the final drop off, every person we met was helpful, authentic and an integral part of the experience. Our apartment was stocked with everything we could need for the week - with specialty foods from the region and local, handmade soap, lip balm and natural bug spray. The entire experience was authentic Italian living with a touch of class & a modern spin. The daily classes were held on a beautiful patio overlooking the Maremma. After we learned to make pasta, we'd relax with delicious appetizers and drinks made by Flo. Pro tip - she makes the best cappuccino! Oli showed us the art of cooking, teaching us how simple ingredients can make a fantastic dish. Flo was the best hostess - everything was carefully crafted to make the week perfect, from homemade iced tea on our day adventures to dropping off fresh fruit to our apartment when we finished the last cherry. Our excursions were all included, and were well planned and varied daily. This week long adventure was the most exciting, personal, curated trip and we were so thankful to be get a glimpse at Tuscan life. Thank you Oli and Flo!

My Wife and I recently had the Tuscany Experience with Cook Eat Discover - I would highly recommend the trip to anyone seeking to learn about the Tuscan way of life and (more importantly) the food of the region. Oli and Flo were the perfect hosts - they made every moment spectacular! What really stood out for us was the attention to detail and the authenticity of the adventure. We visited several producers; from vineyards to rice farmers and even out on a fishing boat on our Cook Eat Discover experience - in every instance it was intimate and impeccably researched to ensure we got the most out of each visit. Every day our professional Chef Oli taught us the fundamentals of Tuscan cuisine, combining his knowledge and expertise with the ingredients wed sourced on our tours. We learnt a lot of new skills from Oli and my wife and I have taken all his lessons back to the UK with us. Every moment was perfectly organised and arranged; we didn't have to worry about how to get anywhere, or when to be somewhere - the team took care of it all. It was a totally stress-free holiday, with transport and translators arranged door to door. To conclude; Dont hesitate!
