Tatum Reid Photography

All I can say is WOW! We were lucky enough to steal some of Tatum's vacation time in Amsterdam for our engagement photoshoot (having been referred to her via another satisfied customer) and having had photoshoots before, we thought we knew what to expect but Tatum is sooooo much better than that! She made us feel super comfortable, not awkward or posing with fake smiles, just natural, comfortable and happy, she gave us some prompts but we weren't standing around for ages awkwardly or getting cold - it was actually FUN!! Tatum practically ran a marathon to make sure she could test out all the angles and get lots of shots without us ever feeling bored or watched, we just casually went for a walk around and a chat and she captured the most magical moments for us. The only downside I can say is that she was already fully booked during our wedding so we couldn't get her to do our wedding photos! (Book early, you don't want to miss her!) We actually prefer our engagement photos to our wedding photos for all of the reasons above. Tatum is the most wonderful, talented and kind person we have ever met. We keep going back to her for more shoots as her work is just unmatched. My one regret from our wedding day is not having Tatum there to capture it. That said we have so many other moments to capture, I am definitely going to continue to be a customer of Tatum's! Attached is one of my favourites from the engagement shoot - we have it printed on a canvas and everyone comments on it. Thank you Tatum for letting us relive those moments every day, we are so grateful to you!

We loved the documentary style of Tatums work and were instantly attracted to working with her. The photographs were just effortless and Tatum captures such natural and special moments. We had a video meeting with Tatum and knew she was the photographer for us, she was so warm yet professional and we were immediately put at ease, especially as we are people who dont usually like having their photos taken! When I met Tatum face to face, I was in the bridal suite getting ready and I felt like I had known her for years! And this feeling was obviously felt by our guest because Tatum fit in so well with everyone at the wedding and yet was also so discreet and looking back at photographs, I would never have known she was there! We had a list of shots we knew we wanted, these were joyous and not rushed or stressed in any way. Tatum helped with so many other things during the day, noticing things that needed doing or running back to the house to grab my Mrs denim jacket for our first dance and even happily staying longer when timings ran over, I mean the list goes on! We had the most magical day of our lives and were so grateful it was captured in such a beautiful way. Tatum, your passion shines through your incredible work and we couldnt be happier with our photographs! If youre thinking of booking Tatum, do not hesitate you will have a truly caring and talented person with you on your day and have stunning results. Tatum is wonderful, not only as a photographer but as a person! Our first meeting was so natural and comfortable and communication thereafter, leading up to and on the day, was always friendly and easy. She is an excellent listener and really knew how to bring our ideas to life. She was also super flexible on the day which was essential to us as our baby boy was only 3 months old at the time! We now have beautiful photographs to remember our special day and we will be forever thankful. Thank you Tatum!

From our very first introduction to Tatum we instantly felt comfortable with her. Tatum is so bubbly, enthusiastic and engaging she made us so excited for our big day. Her suggestions and ideas helped us plan where and what type of photos we wanted. On the day of the wedding Tatum was brilliant, here, there and everywhere capturing the day. When the proofs arrived we were blown away, it was quite emotional, because the day came back to life as we looked through the pictures. The hardest part was narrowing them down for the album and deciding which ones to print out. We loved the ones of things we didn't see happening and the ones where people were unaware they were being photographed. The fleeting moments she saw and captured could so easily have been missed without her eye for a shot and are so truly special they have brought many a tear to an eye! The individual touches Tatum adds to her parcels and the presentation of the items you receive just make it even more special. We were so so lucky to have found Tatum and have her as our photographer, we honestly could not have asked for more. We would give Tatum the highest recommendation and personal thanks.

Where to start... Tatum is amazing. I cannot even begin to describe just how fantastic she is. I am not even exaggerating when I say every one of our wedding guests came up to me on the day, and said to me afterwards, how lovely Tatum was and how professional she was. I honestly could not fault her - from start to finish. This is the second time that we have had Tatum photograph us now, the first with our little dog Amber and now on our wedding day. You really need to make sure you get a good wedding photographer because I personally think you will regret it if you don't, and I can honestly say that Tatum was the only person for the job. She was so lovely and made us feel relaxed, it was like being photographed by an old friend :) but obviously she knew exactly what she was doing. When we got the photos, they just blew us away. I don't want to spoil it for potential couples but she photographs just the best details and really captures peoples reactions, which I think is what you want, and the couple shots were just so cleverly done (it's hard to imagine what they will look like when you are standing there)!! I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to literally anyone for any photography work - we think she's the best photographer out there :)
