Terrible service would not recommend. Emails to the Secretary had to always be chased up for any kind of response back, which was unnecessary. When we eventually got to have someone come out to look at our plants we then never heard back from them with any kind of report. A very poor outfit.

Felling a 15 metre tall leylandii in the back garden The tree was removed as requested, down to the ground. Trees reduced in height in the front garden A row of 17 leylandii were taken down several metres in height and shaped to hide the cut stumps. Method The trees were expertly climbed using ropes and safety-harnesses and then chain-sawed. All branches and stumps removed were cleared away and chipped on-site and the area was left tidy. The tree-surgeons worked carefully, checking with us and carrying out our wishes exactly.

100% recommend, from our initial enquiry through to the works being completed everyone we encountered was professional, friendly and gave us honest and straight forward advice. I can't speak highly enough of the crew; they were such nice guys, clearly knew their stuff and left the garden tidier than when they arrived! We'll definitely be using Bartlett's again our future tree management needs

Total professionals, guys were on time, polite and cleaned up afterwards. With the quotation they supplied their insurance and safety instructions. They came in uniform plus safety equipment. Would happy have them back again in Stokenchurch. 10/10

Couldn't recommend them enough. Received very candidly honest and detailed advise from expert arborist before the job commenced which gave us an option of not going ahead with the lion's share of the work should we have chosen to. The team on the day was professional, punctual and very friendly and most importantly took time and great care over a difficult job.
