Brilliant service, Kristin has helped many of my friends, she has so many word of mouth clients. She is simply that good. She actually HEALS you from the stuff you are suffering from. She doesn't just talk about it. I got my life back, the depression lifted, I felt joy again! :)

I reached a point in my life where I was ready to talk, but therapy was something new and I was reluctant to share my private life. However Kristin made me feel at ease from the moment I met her... and really made it easy to talk. She listened, and then would ask well timed questions to provoke me to think about other possible solutions. Drawing, Kundalini yoga and somatic therapy all helped me to understand what I was dealing with, and gave me the power to take ownership and responsibility for my actions and my own healing. I left Kristin's therapy feeling understood and empowered to carry-on on my own. The personal hypnotherapy track was such a nice gift to walk away with which I have been listening to at night. I am such an advocate of seeking help for our mental health. We spend so much money on gym memberships but often neglect what's going on it other realms. I certainly hope I see Kristin again, perhaps for some hiking in the country side. Thank you Kristin
