Recently went to NCS here I left after 2 days becuase the site was horrible. Toilets I could smell from my tent and were disgusting, the showers were cold and did not have a lock, food was inedible and mostly raw. Activities were boring and tents were dirty. As well as that my friends found a rat in their tent. Absolutely disgusting Update 7/2/23: the way you have replied to everyone but my comment is quite rude to be honest!

Great centre, fun activities, very professional and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend for school residentials and day trips!

An amazing eco site. It's a beautiful setting with kingfishers and stunning wildlife around the lake. High ropes activities in the forest and plenty of water activities. I would chose this site to come back to for a staff away day too!

Management staff Matt and Rich, and the instructors at Level Up are fantastic, having led residentials for 10 years this is one of the best campsites we have used. Activities (canoeing, raft building, jacob's ladder, crate stack) were pitched at the right level and any issues we had were rectified as quickly as possible. Always room for improvement, the portaloos didn't smell great, but to be expected when camping and I hear new toilets are being brought in for 2023. Food wasn't to everyone's taste, but again to be expected when camping and mass catering for our groups of 400+ people each week. We were based at the Marlow campsite, would recommend and definitely use again.
