I absolute love my botox I've been getting it for years, but Rachel made me feel very comfortable, making sure I knew the aftercare as well as discussing how I wanted my final look to be. She offered me a top up which I declined as I'm really happy with how the botox looks with a slight bit of movement; I'm really pleased with the result and will definitely be back when it wears off

Rachel was very friendly and professional. She put me at ease and answered all my questions (of which there were many!) There was no pressure to have anything done, she listened to what I said bothered me most about my face and offered loads of helpful advice. Rachel explained what she was doing and frequently stopped to ask if I was OK and to show me with a mirror what was happening. I did bruse slightly, but I expected that, as I do bruse quite easily. I was pleased with the results which Rachel explained would feel a little different at first but would settle down in the next couple of weeks. Rachel contacted me later in the evening and the next day to make sure all was OK. It's been two weeks since I had the procedure, brusing all gone and I'm so happy with the results. Will definitely be keeping it up. Thank you Rachel. X

Absolutely amazing, I had fat dissolving done with Rachel & I've had it done elsewhere before but it didn't work, I had it done with Rachel and omg the results are amazing & it's completely painless. I also had cheek filler done with her & she was so precise & intricate to detail I'm over the moon with the results, i highly recommend Rachel she is such a perfectionist & I'm incredibly fussy I won't go anywhere else now.
