        When they started in February this year, they were wonderful. Unfortunately Ive been let down a few times with them not turning up. Even when I booked a fortnight in advance and confirmed dates they still didnt turn up. Response to any queries is very very slow so youve no idea if anyone is coming or not. Such a shame as I was very happy with the standard of the clean Service: Standard cleaning

        When they first started cleaning for me it was spot on but gradually standards dropped. After almost 2 yrs of being with them the first time I had to complain after turning a blind eye previously on a number of occasions.,suddenly without notice they didnt bother to turn up!!!
