Highly recommend this company. Contacted their office as soon as they opened informed the very helpful customer service officer of the fault code and quickly identified that a new pump is required for my particular boiler. Engineer contact me 4hrs later to inform me would be with me within 20mins. On arrival of engineer (Matthew), friendly and professional. Very efficient explained throughout the process explained the reason for the failure of boiler. Boiler back up and running within 30 minutes. It was a very cold day so I was extremely grateful of the prompt and efficient response.

Extremely quick, especially given these time of year I was expecting to be without hotel water or heating over Christmas and new year. But Leverhome went out of their way to make sure my boiler was repaired

Absolute lifesavers! Alan and Adam came out on short notice and sorted the problem immediately - Alan even donated one of his personal thermistors so we could get the boiler fixed today instead of having to wait. 100% would recommend.

Review is on behalf of my sister who was forced to have Leverhome conduct work in her property due to her rental agency - 3 days before Christmas and she had a flood in her lounge caused by a radiator - ruining her Christmas presents under the tree. Leverhome sent Ian and another young man who proceeded to repair the leak. They also smashed a picture of my sister and her granddaughter but instead of owning up to it they put the picture in her bin hoping she wouldn't notice. She noticed. When she confronted them they both denied knowledge of it and when she found it in her outside bin - they STILL denied knowledge. Making her already stressful day even more stressful. Absolute charlatans who are openly deceitful. If she had a choice, she'd never use them again.
