        Went to collect a parcel that had been delivered here as a local pick up point for UPS and the parcel had been opened and the contents removed. All the staff were extremely unhelpful. Reading the reviews on here this isnt the first time it has happened. Lesson learnt and will use elsewhere in future.

        I have been using this Nisa Local for around 5 years and never had a problem until today. I had ordered some clothes and they had been dropped off at the garage by mistake. I went in to collect the clothes but they denied receiving any parcel. I went back in with the order details and confirmation of delivery to their address, they still denied that a parcel had been dropped off. When I said that I would be opening an investigation with royal mail and the company I had ordered from and also how easy it would be for the police to check their CCTV and I would be speaking to the manager at Nisa Local the old guy behind the counter pulled out the package! I will never go in here again. Untrustworthy thieves!
